These Terms govern use of ONE by Reputyx, Melon AI, ONE Communications, websites, waitlist forms, early-access services, hosted services, communications integrations, and related services provided by Reputyx LLC. Users must be 18 or older. Services are provided as is and as available. Reputyx may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time. Kentucky law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration and class-action waiver where permitted by law.
