Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, discuss potentially relevant energy options or partnerships, coordinate next steps, and protect the site from abuse. We may keep records of our conversations and inquiries for business and legal purposes.

When information is shared

We use service providers to operate our website, process inquiries and uploaded documents, and manage customer relationships. These providers process information to support those services. After we speak with you, relevant details may be shared with an applicable energy provider or project partner if you decide to explore a program or project. We do not display an automatic provider recommendation when you submit an inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website includes HubSpot tracking, which may process browsing activity, device information, and cookie identifiers. HubSpot’s cookie consent system manages choices for HubSpot tracking. Contact/privacy consent for an inquiry is separate from cookie consent. The dedicated Cookie Settings control is awaiting activation. Our host may also process technical logs to operate and secure the site.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage relationships, and meet legal or operational obligations.
